Write to supportYour device model, app version, and a short description of what happened help us investigate. For a study-content issue, include the card title and explain what seems wrong. Never send account passwords, payment-card details, or identifiable patient information.
In the app, open Preferences → Account → Delete account and confirm deletion. This removes your account and cloud study backup, and clears study data on that device. If you cannot sign in, email support from your account email with “Account deletion” in the subject. We will verify ownership before processing the request; do not send a password.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Manage subscriptions in your store account. Data on other devices must be cleared on those devices.
Checkout is not active in the development preview. When store purchases are enabled, use Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account. For a refund, use the store’s refund process: Apple or Google Play.

Recall Labs is a study app. Questions about this notice or your data can be sent to thegeneralllc1@gmail.com.
The app stores your exam track, nursing level, cue-style preference, daily goal, saved cards, personal notes and practice history on your device. You can use the study library without an account. Local study data is not end-to-end encrypted by Recall Labs; avoid entering sensitive information in notes.
If you create an account, Supabase processes your email address and authentication information. The app stores native sign-in sessions in the operating system’s secure storage; the browser preview uses browser storage. Choosing “Back up this device” sends your study settings, saved cards, notes and review history to Supabase. Backup is manual. Cloud records are restricted to the signed-in account.
Prepared examples can be matched locally. When live AI is configured, you must sign in and allow AI processing for the session before messages are sent. Your message, up to four recent chat messages, selected exam, nursing level, mnemonic style and humor preference are processed by our server and OpenAI to generate and review an answer. Personal notes and practice history are not automatically sent to OpenAI. Chat stays in app memory and is not included in cloud backups; it clears on reload or when you choose Clear chat. We request that OpenAI not store responses for later retrieval, but provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may apply. AI answers may use general model knowledge rather than independently verified sources, and can be wrong. Do not enter patient details or other sensitive information. AI is currently limited to private development testing; it is not a publicly available paid feature.
Apple or Google processes store payment details. The planned purchase integration uses RevenueCat to process an app-specific identifier, transaction records, product identifiers and access status so the app can unlock purchases and restore them. Recall Labs does not receive your full payment-card number. This integration is inactive in the current preview.
Hosting and authentication providers process technical request information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to operate their services. Support email is handled through Gmail. We do not sell personal information, run advertising, or use ad-tracking SDKs in the app. Data is shared with providers as needed for the functions described here and may be disclosed when legally required.
Local progress remains until you clear it or remove the app’s data. Cloud study records remain until you replace them or delete your account. Account deletion removes active account and study records; provider backups and security logs may persist under provider retention settings. Store transaction records and legally required records may also persist. We do not promise immediate deletion from all provider backups. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests we cannot handle in the app.
The app is intended for adult learners and older students preparing for these exams; it is not directed to children under 13. Please contact support if a child has provided information. No system guarantees absolute security. Use a unique password and keep your device protected.
The support page has no contact form, advertising or custom analytics. The account recovery page accepts a new password and sends it directly to Supabase over HTTPS; it does not save passwords or sign-in tokens in browser storage. Its hosting provider may process technical request information and access controls. Email links open your own mail app; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

These terms describe use of Recall Labs’ study app and original study content. Contact: thegeneralllc1@gmail.com.
Recall Labs provides memory cues, explanations and practice questions for learning. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or instructions for caring for a patient. Use your course materials and current professional references. Exam success is not guaranteed.
You may use content provided by the app for your personal study. Do not resell the collection, share account credentials, or misuse the service. Third-party material identified with an open license remains subject to that license; these terms do not remove those permissions. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
No purchase is offered in the development preview. Once enabled, the app-store purchase screen will identify the product, price and billing period. One-time packs unlock the specified collection. A premium subscription gives the access described while the subscription is active and renews automatically unless canceled through the store. Live AI is not included in this release. Your store’s billing, cancellation and refund rules apply, along with any consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
Features and content may change as errors are corrected or the service develops. Development content is unfinished. We aim to investigate reported errors, but do not promise error-free or uninterrupted service. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
100 original concepts, each with three memory-cue styles. The development library covers selected foundations across four study tracks. It is not a complete exam course, and its cards are still awaiting qualified educator review.
A subject educator checks that a cue teaches the right fact, that its limits are clear, and that its question and answer are accurate. An automated check does not count as educator approval. Draft cards in the current app are labeled accordingly.
Cards link to references for the underlying facts. Original wording, memory stories and questions were created for Recall Labs; references are not endorsements. OpenStax links point to factual references; textbook prose, illustrations and question banks are not reproduced as a licensed commercial collection or used to train a model.
Where identified in the app, content draws on Open RN Nursing Pharmacology, 2nd edition and Open RN Nursing Fundamentals, under CC BY 4.0. Both books are edited by Kimberly Ernstmeyer and Elizabeth Christman. Original memory cues and simplified explanations are adaptations; Open RN has not endorsed them.
Recall Labs is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the organizations that administer MCAT, NAPLEX, DAT or NCLEX.
